Resistance to change is a natural human reaction in any work environment. It is present in all types of projects regardless of its size. If this resistance is not taken into account from the beginning, it may provoke the emergence of restrictive forces aimed at limiting or even provoking failure in the implementation of an innovative project.<\/p>\n

Resistance to change is a legitimate response that can not be eliminated. Hence the importance of not ignoring it, but rather taking the time to analyze its source in order to bring out positive elements for the entire project.<\/p>\n
